Animal Nutrition Systems, Dr. Rosemarie Burgos Zimbelman had ordered some shirts from Cows x Cacti, and through conversations share a mutual connection of agriculture and farming. The owners of Cows x Cacti, have family members that raise beef animals in the midwest. The discussion of our dairy farmers dumping milk, dropping milk prices and supply chain bottleneck, led the two companies to collaborate on a shirt. Ten dollars of every shirt are being utilized to purchase local Arizona dairy products for donations.
While we know donations won’t solve the milk issues as fast as we would like, we believe these relationships lead to new opportunities to increase telling the dairy producer’s truth to consumers.
